As a member of a guild, you can perform any action that would normally flag you as a Criminal, without being flagged, as long as you perform the action against either fellow guild members or rival guild members. This would include stealing, looting, attacking, etc. If I'm in a guild and I'm also a Murderer will I lose stats if I'm killed during a guild war? Yes. Your Murderer status overrides your guild status in this case.
