Greetings,

On my journeys as helper I get the response: "Wow you guys do turn up afterall!" a lot. Asking more questions about the "why" that they are surprised I noticed the reason for this and I feel that this "knowledge" may help all players to understand the "way of calling for help".

Counselors have a "que". A list of calls that are made. Counslors cannot make priorities in that list and have to work from the top to the bottom. Every new help request is placed at the bottom of the list. At a busy night (20 or more calls) it might take a counselor upto 2 hours to get to your call... so be patient.

But there is more: Every time you logout or lose connection the call is removed from the list. Wich explains a lot of problems players have to get a counselor to come to them. Best thing to do is: when you logout of lose connection: place another call! If you logout or lose connection: the help call is cleared automatically. The reason for this is quite simple: If you call a counselor or GM and loggoff, there is no character in the game where the Counselor or GM can goto to. So the call is worthless. There is no way to see if a player logsoff and returns with another char nor is there a way to see if a char has temporarily left the game (losing connection). So: If this happens, just make another call!

I hope this will help you to understand more about those occassions on wich you made a call but no-one showed up after a long time.

Goodluck and have fun playing!
