As a counselor we are privy to the same unfortunate net crashes as you all are. Just the other day I logged in to take a few calls, in the wee hours of the morning. My internet service provider had been acting up, but it seemed to be holding up fine. So, I log in and notice that there is one call entitled "Need info regarding a wedding." So, I go to talk to the individual and see what help I can give. I arrive and we exchange pleasantries, then he asks, "How does one go about getting married?" So, I explain to him that I didn't have that information and he needs to talk to one of the Senior Counselors for the shard, cause they usually handle that. But, as soon as I said that I couldn't help him and that he needed to talk to.....my net crashed. I waited about five minutes and tried again, and I got back on. Since I was the only counselor on, the call was still availiable. So, I went back to talk to the guy and told him that my net was acting up and all that. He was cool with it. So, then I start to tell him that he needs to get in touch with....my net crashed AGAIN! This time it was down for the rest of the morning. I felt bad for the guy, but there wasn't much I could do. So, the very next day, around the same time, I logged in to take some morning calls. Once again there is only one call, this time titled "I just want to get married!" So, I go and talk to him, and it is the same guy. I give my apology for yesterday and proceed to tell him that he needs to talk to a Senior Counselor regarding his request and that he can find a Senior Counselor....my net crashed AGAIN!!!! Once agian for the entire morning. I didn't hear from the guy again after that, but I hope he got the information that he needed. This is just to let you all know that we also can experience internet service provider problems. So, be patient if we just up and disappear on you. We will make every effort to get back intouch with you or find the information that you need. Anyways, Good Travels to you all.
