I was on counselling one night when I saw a call saying that the person thought they were lost and wanted to go to T2A. I took the call and proceeded to tell him that I could not teleport him anywhere, I told him how he could get to T2A, the known entrances. I had to explain what the Serpent's Pillars were, the Britain sewers, Moonglow city. No problem I thought, this guy was a newbie. He also said he didn't know where he was and if I could help him find out. We were in the middle of a field somewhere. After 15 minutes, I finally figured he was located in the field north of Minoc just south of the mountain there. I told him this, and told him to go south to get to town. He said, "Oh, I know where Minoc is, I can just gate there!" Okay, you are a newbie, don't know where towns are, are lost, but you can gate to Minoc? Right... ;)
