I named the Tower 'Emerald Spire to the Moon' due to the garden on the roof and it being best viewed under the pale moonlight. It is located on the Oceanica Shard, across the bay from the Shirne of Justice. Csheylia did most of the work creating the rooms. Overall there is more than 1500 items locked down to create the decorations, which all decorators would know that it takes a very long time and design, and tweak to make it just right. Oceania is still waiting for trees and furniture dye, so once they become available I can have some more fun.
