My friend and guildmate Amy loves Japanese stuff and when I managed to help her upgrade her vila to an L-shaped, she wanted a sushi bar and tea room in it. I was afraid that I couldn't make what she wanted but here are the end results!
I tried to give the sushi bar a 'modern' feel to it. Too bad the graphics on UO can be rather limitating and I WISH that you can rename some of the stuff so that it will read what you want it to me. I'll describe the food on the bar from upper corner left to lower right.
1. Sake (Japanese Rice Wine)
2. Beef Teriyaki Burger [I love it irl]
3. Tamago (Egg) Sushi and a Topshell Sushi [Can't dye white in UO but they do use black vinegar for the sushi rice too, so the 'yarn' is black vinegar rice :P]
4. Salmon Sashimi and a salad side-dish
5. Sake again :)
6. Miso soup
On the stove itself, Amy is grilling some Maguro (tuna) and she has a half-prepared Salmon on the preparation table too :) The 'oil' bottle is supposed to be a bottle of wasabi .
The tea room area is private due to Amy's expensive collection of ancient katanas and traditional Japanese masks. The 'nose helm' is supposed to be a samurai helm here :P
Upstairs is the library for studies on legend and magical lore and it also contains Amy's thick magical tomes.
Her room itself is her study and bedroom. She's into the ancient studies of necromancy, thus the skeletons and I tried to soften the look by adding in
the soft toys so that the room itself would look much more feminine. Amy has this thing about furs and pillows like me so I added one in the corner for her as well :)
