The rooftop garden is used for entertaining invited guests and specialv.i.p's. The garden is lush with potted trees, plants and a small flowergarden. It's also a great place just to sit and think thoughtful thoughts.

The private quarters is complete with a single bed, dining area, storagechests & a fur rug. The tray holding the bread and cider is a rare gift froman old friend. The private quarters is closed to the public.

The patio area of the house was renovated to facilitate a mage & alchemistresearch lab. The lab area is open at all hours to the public.
