Jafar the owner writes the following:

"It is the first, and so far only, tower on the southern side of the Vesper entrance leading to Cove and the Buccaneers Den gate. The ground floor holds the collection of runebooks and the few vendors. On the first floor lies the "grande audience chamber", on the second the private rooms of Julieanne and Jafar. Topside a large area is still cleared out for tournaments and training, while one of the wings also holds the spa.
