Decorated by Myca Vodyanoy, the Founder of the Covenant

Located inside a bend in the road leading northeast out of Britain towards the swamp. It's immediately behind the guard post just before you reach the swamp at sextant coordinates 43o 3' N, 43o 31'E.

The roof encompasses four distinct areas. Immediately at the top of the stairs is the main meeting circle of the Covenant with the glowing garden behind it. I included a night shot instead of a day shot of the roof so the effect can be seen. The east wing of the roof is our combat training area and the west wing is an observatory with appropriate guidebooks for daytime or nighttime viewing.

The third floor contains the private living quarters for Lord and Lady Vodyanoy and their family: a master bedroom for Lord Myca and Lady Katelynn (which includes Lady Katelynn's sewing and sitting room) and a smaller room for their children. Covenant members are not allowed past the privacy curtain without specific permission. There is also a small public sitting area on the landing.

The second floor contains the laboratory and an extensive library which is also used as a meeting room for guild officials to discuss matters of import with smaller groups or individuals in privacy. There is also a hidden room to which Lord Myca alone has access.

The first floor is our common room where visitors are received and members of the Covenant and their friends sit, listen to music, and discuss events. There is a store room in the back that also functions as a stable for visitors' horses. Issued lockers for Covenant members are next to the stairs behind the curtain.
