| ORIGINS LABOR DAY EVENT! Tonight was Origins Labor Day Festivities! EM's Faine and Fiorella had an exciting and dangerous night planned for us. A nice crowd gathered at the top of Luna bank while we waited for our EM's.  Faine and Fiorella showed up sporting fancy beachware!  Once they arrived it was off to the beach for a bit of surf and turf. Faine and Fiorella seemed to have a bit of a quarrel going on between them, something about seeing a sea creature come up onto the beach...Fiorella grinned evily as she flashed her white nets and stepped nimbly into the water...INCOMING! She shouted and the fight was on!  After many MANY deaths, Faine and Fiorella felt that they had put us through enough and had us all gather around to wish our favorite Dark Lady a very happy birthday!  Overall a VERY fun Labor Day event! Thank you to EM's Faine and Fiorella for showing us a good time! Have a Happy Labor Day Origin! |

UO Stratics is currently looking for active, talented citizens of Sosaria to add to our crack team of top-notch Ultima Online reporters.
As a volunteer you are required to:

* Be an active, knowledgeable member of the community
* Be willing to attend events and quests, interview VIPs, report news of interest to the community
* Be able to dedicate a minimum of three hours per week to writing and/or posting news items
* Have a familiarity with basic HTML

Hail Origin, Benton Roxclaw met with many of the fair Citizens this evening with a request of help. It seems that the School of Ichthyology needs help gathering specimens. If you are interested in helping, please save your catches of Yellowtail Barracuda this week and turn them in at the EM awards hall mailbox. The rules are that the specimen must be heavy enough to be coded with Name of angler, and the date. Only fish caught from Nov. 14-20. (Now until Sat. midnight) will be considered. Be sure to drop by and see Benton, anytime you are in Trinsic. Farewell Origin, see you on the waters.

Please help me give a warm Origin welcome to your new Origin Shard Reporter, Scoop Dawgy Dawgy. Scoop Dawg comes from a long line of News Pups and has this to say about his new job: Quote: Hail and be well met! Please allow me to introduce myself, I am Scoop Dawgy Dawg, the new rover, (opps I meant roving) reporter for the Origin shard. I'll be digging up the stories, tracking the characters making the noises and barking the news in my reports.
A little barkground UO information on myself, as a young pup I started on a high population shard where it was hard for a dawg to get a bone. I have romped on various shards and like the room to scratch of a smaller shard. I have played all types of warriors, gathers, mages, a crafter, a tamer and a t-hunter. I have played without a guild and have been in all sizes and kinds of guilds. The tastiest treat for this dawg is making the shard better.

As I strolled into the Castle, I could feel the anticipation in the room. Everyone was going through their preparations for battle, mayhem and what was sure to be an all around fun time. While walking around the room handing out cookies, I felt an evil so powerful that it had to be the devil himself. Just then EM Faine Morgan entered the room to give us the details of which chat would be used for the evening.
Soon after the evil one left, Queen Dawn entered the room, and we gave her our full attention.
Queen Dawn: Good evening everyone, my thanks for coming this evening. I would like to introduce you all to Dacil Dalgrin
Dacil Dalgrin: Greetings! Thank you for gathering this evening
Queen Dawn: Several days ago, Dacil approached me with a disturbing document that he had found. After talking with him extensively, I feel it requires some investigation. I will let him explain further.
Dacil Dalgrin: Ladies and gentlemen... My name is Dacil Dalgrin. I am, shall we say, an explorer. I have traveled the lands and seas of our World and many mysterious things have my eyes been witness to. *pauses* recently in my travels I happened upon a strange document, badly faded. Not unusual at first glance, I placed it with other curiosities that were found until further study could be conducted.
What I've found is most curious indeed... *frowns* this document is of Orcish origin, and appears to be an order to gather and lend assistance. Although much is blurred and faded, it looks like they are looking for workers to gather great amounts of resources. We must find out why they are gathering this amount of material. Perhaps it is innocent but, with all that is going on in our lands, I fear the purpose may be more devious.
Dacil Dalgrin: Directions are given to meet their recruiter, and it is to him we must go. *pauses as though coming to a decision* However, simple stealth and skill will not carry us far! Nor will our swords, just yet. For this effort we require far more than even the most skilled master possesses - we must become our enemy. *looks upon the crowd* for this feat no mere disguise will suffice. Magic is needed, and strong magic it must be. We possess such magic. With approval from Her Majesty I have been able to create an item that may allow us to gain an advantage in our quest.
Queen Dawn: I would ask of you this evening that you accompany Mr. Dalgrin and determine what you can. I would that I could investigate myself but as I cannot, I need you to be my ears and eyes, and report back to me what you may find are you willing to help in this?
Queen Dawn: I will await your report then Mr. Dalgrin
Dacil Dalgrin: Now friends, if you will please follow me!
We were then gated to a strange room; Where Dacil explained that we would need to touch an Orcish statue emanating strange energies. Reluctantly, I touched this statue, but nothing happened. Such was the case for all who dared try. Dacil poked and prodded the statue until it gave up its magical goodies. After we grabbed a disguise we were gated to our next destination, the isle of Serpents Hold. Upon reaching the entrance to Fire, we were met by an Orc sergeant named Akurz Nug.
Akurz Nug: Shakrp! Wat lak uu eer? <Stop! What do you want here?> *wrinkles his nose* Shumb shmb snaga ghug uu'a! <State your business or you become my slaves!>
Dacil Dalgrin: Greebus Pizgaluruk, <Greetings Orc Sergeant,> Thrak-izgu Klerggoth gathul. Srinkhat-bugd gashuk-izgu. <We bring this paper to the Orc leader. We answer the call to gather.> *hands the tattered note to Akurz Nug*
Akurz Nug: *eyes the group warily as he reads the paper* Skum Uman, Ul'buh-sha Gar-sha mat matnar.. <I smell human, and likely as not some elf and gargoyle...> U kraltch-bag snoshum. *snorts* <You all smell like a group of diseased mongbat dung.> Lak weeak uu'r hab nub pashum. Radgh! <You weaklings have no ability. Be gone!>
Dacil Dalgrin: Durbrz-izgu sha ushud-izgu skm shmb. Azat-lat ghug l turkrz krauk, yub? <The smell shows we are strong and we are useful. To kill you now would be proof, yes?>
Akurz Nug: *reaches for his blade* Latu pash latob, snaga! <You watch yourself, peon!> *snorts* Ushud lak gimug-izgu. B?k a darkrz-um shok sha huk latu-atr! <Usefull we will see. Show dishonor or weakness and we make you our dogs!> *puts his mark on the paper* Prap ee shpol radb. <Enter the cave behind me.> Shm bol. Gathul Snotgrod shok. <Follow the path. Show this paper to Snotgrod.>
Doing as we were told (a wise thing to do around Orcs) we entered the cave in search of Snotgrod. We came upon a Brute, the size of which I was unaware existed, and began questioning him on the whereabouts of Snotgrod.
Dacil Dalgrin: Snikurty, we have our paper, we are looking for Captain Snotgrod
Snikurty: I don't have time to waste on you. What do you want with Snotgrod?
Dacil Dalgrin: We were told to present this paper to him and he would hire us
Snikurty: Bah! Yes, because he's done such a good job of hiring up until now.
Dacil Dalgrin: Stop wasting our time. Do you need workers or don't you?
Snikurty: Workers? Yes, we need workers, but all are only interested in bashing!
Dacil Dalgrin: We have no interest in bashing, only working! Now tell us where to find him!
Snikurty: Glob! Go on with you then but you won't receive a warm welcome.
Further on we traveled in search of Snotgrod through a twisting jungle that got many of us lost, but with the help of Keeliey, and others, true Origin spirit was shown and all were eventually helped along the way. At the end of the jungle path we were confronted with Snotgrod, who appeared to be quite mad (and very smelly).
Dacil Dalgrin: Snotgrod, we have our paper, we wish to work!
Snotgrod: *growls* More glob coming to work, let me see paper
Dacil Dalgrin: *hands over paper*
Snotgrod: Idiots. This paper is not signed by Margut. Be gone.
Dacil Dalgrin: We were told to come see you, not Margut. We've proven our worth to join.
Snotgrod: *growls* So did all the others, and you see what good that has done.
Dacil Dalgrin: We know nothing about others. We only know we are here to work.
Dacil Dalgrin: We are strong. Your other workers only want to fight.
Snotgrod: Yes they fight, only fight, not work. That's why all new workers go to Margut.
Dacil Dalgrin: Who is Margut? Tell us where to find him now! We have traveled long and proven our strength.
Snotgrod: *growls* So did all the others, and you see what good that has done.
Dacil Dalgrin: *growls in frustration*
Snotgrod: *growls* So did all the others, and you see what good that has done.
Dacil Dalgrin: Very well, where is this great armorer of yours?
Snotgrod: I send you to him. But if you be spies, you will die!
Upon entering the cave that Snotgrod directed us to, the fight was on and we took to it with our usual tenacity.
With the floor littered with bodies (Orc and ours alike) we looked around and found one lone Orc still standing, and he was quickly taken prisoner. We proceeded to interrogate Margut, even trying to offer him cookies, but he refused everyone’s offer (the cad).
Margut: bah! your sword does not scare me! The orcs will have glory! You
stoopid humies may have defeated my guards but you've won nothing!
*glares* your sword is weak
Dacil Dalgrin: What evilness have you been kin to here?
Margut: evil! try glory! We work to restore our glory for one more powerful than you!
Dacil Dalgrin: Glory? You have none..now or past!
Margut: Foolish human the one we work for will crush you all and then we WILL have glory!
Dacil Dalgrin: Surrender now and be spared your life!
Margut: I surrender nothing! I'll tell you nothing!
Dacil Dalgrin: *points his sword at Margut's throat* Tell us now who you serve, and to what purpose!
Margut: I'll tell you nothing, the one we work for will make all clear soon then you will see our might! and you will regret! We fight! we bash! We are strong!
Dacil Dalgrin: Then you will rot in a jail cell! Maybe that will persuade you to talk! *grabs Margut by the arm*
Dacil Dalgrin: My friends.. Please return to Queen Dawn and tell her of what we've discovered here this day. I will escort our...guest...to more suitable quarters and meet up with you at the Castle.
Returning to the Castle, we were greeted by Queen Dawn, who quickly began pressing us about our success.
Queen Dawn: you have returned, my pages sent me word. Have you found out if we are facing a threat?
Dacil Dalgrin: Your Majesty... I am pleased to report you now have a new guest in your dungeon
Queen Dawn: a guest?
Dacil Dalgrin: Aye
Queen Dawn: can someone explain? I thought they were gathering resources? What were the resources for? do you know?
Dacil Dalgrin: We have ideas Majesty,
Queen Dawn: a siege engine?! No, not good at all I'm afraid, why would the orcs rise now? *considers* Normally the orcs stay rather confined
Dacil Dalgrin: More investigation...I need to search for more answers
Queen Dawn: why would they build a catapult?
Dacil Dalgrin: it appears they are on the move
Queen Dawn: a higher power? Did the Orc give up any information before he was detained?
Dacil Dalgrin: Aye, threats... but no useful information
Queen Dawn: we must find more information on this, perhaps the Orc can be persuaded to talk... *frowns thoughtfully* Very well, Mr. Dalgrin, you say the Orc is secured for now?
Dacil Dalgrin: Aye
Queen Dawn: then I shall have a few of my guards speak with him, perhaps they can learn something more. I thank you all for the information you have brought this evening I had hoped it would turn out to be nothing menacing but, it appears that hope was in vain. very well, we will see what we can find out, but whoever is behind this better think twice. I will send word when I hear more. Dalgrin, will you come with me please. Thank you again for your help this evening, until I can obtain further.... "news" good evening. |

| [EM NEWS] Queen Dawn Leads Origin Citizens into Battle | |

Bewildered and upset by the recent invasion of Daemon Scouts in Britain and Luna, Queen Dawn decided that is was time to take action and summonsed the people of the land to come to her aide.
Gathering on the steps of Castle British just as their Queen had asked, the citizens of Origin waited patiently for her arrival. No one, including the Queen herself, knew why these Daemons had descended upon the cities or who had sent them. Nevertheless, the brave warriors of Origin had once again come together, determined to rid the lands of these vile creatures.
Within seconds of the appearance of the Elite Guards, Queen Dawn emerged and wasted no time in getting straight to the matter at hand.
“I thank you for coming this evening,” she said, quickly continuing. “ I've been hearing some disturbing reports of Daemon Scouts seen in the area. Scouts would imply they are seeking something…or are they the first wave?”
The crowd pondered the question only briefly when Queen Dawn, without hesitation, bravely stated, “If they seek me, I'm right here ready for them.”
“I was also informed that a bloodied parchment was found outside these very walls“, she said, and several citizens exclaimed that they too had seen the parchment on the ground not far from the Castle.
“Can you show me”, she asked, “ We must get to the bottom of this. I'll NOT have our citizens terrorized!”
Without further comment, the crowd turned quickly and headed out of the door of the Castle, swords drawn and pets in tow. They were as determined to find the motive for this invasion as was their Queen. Maybe she could decipher the parchment and explain the reason for the Daemon Scouts manifestation.
They had barely reach the site where the parchment had been laying, when suddenly out of nowhere, a Daemon Scout appeared, ruthlessly attacking the warriors without warning.
“Destroy the Intruders,” cried Queen Dawn, as she angrily drew her mighty sword in defense.
The battle raged on as Daemons and Golems began to appear in different parts of the city, each one brutally taking down warriors and pets alike. Still, they were no match for the citizens as they stood side by side, fighting together as an army, determined to rid the city of the daemon’s wraith and to honor their Queen.
Once the group had driven out the intruders and were certain that the city was once again safe, at least for the time being, they all wearily headed back to Castle British to await further instruction from Queen Dawn. Tired, but delighted to have succeeded in the battle, the unfortunate warriors were soon to face disappointment.
Inside the castle it was soon discovered that the Mysterious Crystal had been stolen from it’s glass case that sat near the throne area.
“The intruders were driven out“, Queen Dawn said, as she address the warriors, “but it would appear that this was a distraction. A distraction to cover a theft. Golems are machines, they do not act on their own. Whoever, or whatever, that created the Golems is behind this. Blackrock added to a golem is not good at all and the crystal is now missing. I do believe the golems were but pawns, created to distract us.”
With all of the happenings that evening and the disappointment of the missing crystal, Queen Dawn felt it just to reward the citizens of the realm for their dedication and bravery by offering them an advanced reward.
“How about advance payment on finding who is responsible for this? She offered, “If you will inspect the empty case I believe you'll find your advance payment for finding the real culprit.”
“Take a replica of this case, display it, and every time you gaze upon it remember what was done here tonight and KNOW THAT WE SHALL NOT STAND FOR THIS TREACHERY!”
Content that she had accomplished all that was possible for the evening, Queen Dawn issued one last warning as she bid farewell.
“I thank you all for your valor this evening, but until we have more information....keep an eye out.”
*walks away muttering about dead guards and missing crystals*
It was truly a bittersweet moment as the citizens retreated back to their homes. On one had they had defeated the Golems, but on the other hand, the crystal had been stolen in the process…and who knew what was yet to come.

The times listed for the Meet & Greet for this week are incorrect. They state that the time for the events are 6:00 p.m. EST / 9:00 p.m. PST.

EM Faine and EM Infinity are sending out carrier pigeons faster than we can keep up with them, but the news is great none the less. (Still messy though) This week they have scheduled not one, but two "Meet & Greet /Question and Answer" sessions for Origin! The first session will take place at the Counselor's Hall in Serpents Hold in Fel. The second meeting will be at the West Britain Counselor's Hall in Trammel. It seems that the EMs have a lot of questions for the citizens of Origin and are really wanting to answer questions that we might have also. Of course they will need to explain all of the details about the meetings because of the mess the pigeons made delivering the notes. So, please follow the link below to the Origin EM Forum. On a night that started out to be a simple evening of fun and conversation with EM Faine and EM Infinity at the Counselors Hall in West Brit, several surprises were revealed that had at least one person sitting on the edge of his seat…literally!
The festivities began as EM Faine and EM “Buzz” Infinity, made their appearance at the Councils Hall that was already filled with folks eager to see what was in store for the night. As Falseprophet, dutifully, made his way through the crowd handing out his delicious gingerbread cookies, EM Faine announced that they had a few surprises for everyone.
To start the fun, EM Faine, proudly pointed out there had been a new addition to the Hall, and indeed there had been. On the north wall, near the fireplace, a new statuette of a pink imp had been erected. And the first surprise of the evening was that the statue, if rubbed just right on, gave you a shiny new sash, complete with the engraving, “ EM Infinity - Buzzing Origin in 2010”!
 
Just knowing EM Faine and EM Infinity’s sense of humor, it was discussed by many whether to immediately don the sash or to wait to see if anyone else got “shocked” by putting it on. Fortunately, for everyone, it turned out to be completely safe for wearing. (That in itself was the real “shocker”).
Now what EM get together would be complete without Bar Dancing? This has always been one of the highlights of Meet and Greets on Origin, but it was very obvious from the first time that the citizens met EM Infinity, that he, as far as dancing goes, had some catching up to do.
Feeling the distress of the first showing of EM Infinity’s “not so graceful” fall from the bar a few weeks back, EM Faine had taken it upon herself to hire a tutor for him as she “lovingly” pointed out, “ EM Infinity is a bit challenged when it comes to bar dancing”.
Now hiking his robe and taking to the stage (the bar) as though it was second nature, EM Infinity began to dance as the crowd cheered him on:
 EM Faine Morgan: alright Buzz, let's see what you got! EM Infinity: *hikes up his robe* JINX: *claps* Woman Scorned: whooo show some leg! Once EM Infinity got started, and with the large amount of encouragement going on, it was difficult then to get him off the bar. In fact, after several attempts made by EM Faine to get him to come down, she finally had to resort to using the remote she carried that was wired to his shock collar and “shock him into submission”!!!
Now that the entertainment portion of the meeting was over, it was time to move on, and EM Faine politely asked everyone to step outside and form the “Famous Origin Line”. This she exclaimed was “practice.” Practice for what, it was not as of yet known, but with the Origin EMs it could be just about anything!
The line was formed by the citizens of Origin, and as was the usual, it was perfection. People stood there, chattering among themselves, each guessing as to what was to come next. As the EMs were praising the efforts of the citizens, EM Faine opened a gate that she said would lead us to the next surprise.
It was soon realized that the gate had lead the group to the fairgrounds just south of Luna. Once everyone had settled down, EM Faine promptly took center stage and addressed the anxious crowd:
 EM Faine Morgan: ok, so I told you we had a surprise and I think I can safely say this has NEVER been done in UO before. EM Infinity: *grins* EM Infinity: another first! EM Faine Morgan: anyone heard of those little producers letters that get posted now and again? chaos: yep IcE BoX: yes FireBall: yeah Milkmandan: yes Woman Scorned: yup Sissy Mary: aye chaos: you gonna make it so that we can summon Cal with a spell? EM Faine Morgan: so if I said Calvin Crowner you'd know who I was talking about? IcE BoX: YES IcE BoX: Omg FireBall: yes IcE BoX: That guy rocks chaos: you gonna make it so that we can summon Cal with a spell? IcE BoX: how do yo not know him? lol wolverine: yes EM Faine Morgan: really? he rocks? well, maybe you wont' enjoy the surprise  EM Faine Morgan: *kidding* EM Faine Morgan: so Cal rocks eh? wolverine: bring it EM Faine Morgan: wonder if he floats? chaos: a bit, yes EM Infinity: hehe Ole Father Ryme: ````yea cal rocks FireBall: he rocks my socks... IcE BoX: Lol Ed Zaclary: Calvin Crowner... the uo producer IcE BoX: He rocks EM Faine Morgan: tonight I present Mr Calvin Crowner for your dunking pleasure!
Simply stating that the EMs had had a surprise for the Citizens of Origin, was quite an understatement to say the least. This was a “original event” for any shard and due to the brilliant (although sometimes scary) imagination of EM Faine and EM Infinity, Origin was to be the first shard ever to “Dunk” our UO Producer, Calvin (Cal) Crowner, into an electric Eel infested tank!
Realizing now that the “practice line up” at the Counselor’s Hall was to prepare everyone for the line up to take a shot at sinking Cal, the citizens hastily followed EM Faine and EM Infinity to the north side of the fair grounds to where the now famous Origin Dunk Tanks stands. There, the crowd was also joined by Mesanna, who would assist the citizens in their quest to drop Cal into the icy waters.
Cal, graciously climbed the stairs to where he would be seated above the tank for the next hour or so, as the citizens of Origin took turns shooting their bows at the target, that would drop him into the tank. One thing was for sure though. Mr. Crowner had evidently taken clues from EM Infinity on how to provoke the crowd.
Although, not quite as bad as the title might suggest, UO producer, Calvin Crowner was indeed un-seated by several citizens of Origin as he sat high upon his perch, casually throwing daring insults at his peers below. But, upon each entry into the deep pits of the tank, EM Faine would dutifully go to the top and “fish” Cal out with her trusty fishing pole.
Cheers erupted from the crowd as Mesanna…just being Mesanna, showed everyone her way of dealing with Cal and his insults by simply climbing the steps and pushing him off his perch straight into the now, shark infested waters. Of course, the sudden appearance of the shark in the tank was quite a shock for everyone, but it was pretty well surmised that it had developed from the bewitching powers only Mesanna herself could have produced.
Soon, everyone had had their chance at dunking poor Cal and it was time to give thanks and to bid farewells. After some petting and teasing of the poor shark, the citizens of Origin were on their way home, once again feeling content with the events of the day.
Everyone not only seemed to genuinely enjoy the “dunking” but it was also such an honor to meet UO Producer, Calvin Crowner. And what a great sport he was to take the time to come to Origin and “entertain” the folks here with his wit and humor! This was indeed one of the most memorable, and truly, one of the best events on Origin…and of course… another First!
A special thanks goes out to Calvin for having a bit of fun with us on Origin and thanks to our ever thoughtful EMs, Faine and Infinity, and Mesanna for providing us with yet another history making event.

| [EM NEWS] Farewell Caryn, You Left Us Too Soon | |

Once again, Taryn called upon us for aid, and once again, Origin showed up en masse. Taryn said that she had learned of the location of the third and final piece, gated us into the mines. We were met by a wall, but this time there were Barrels of some mysterious powder labeled “high explosives” with fuses jutting out of them. Taryn lit the fuses, and we all ran for cover. Once the wall was down, we were confronted by a Gang of Air Elementals, and the fight was on. After dispatching the Elementals, Taryn recovered the third piece of the artifact, and we were quickly joined by the evilness of Barbossa! Captain Barbossa: Well, well, well, right on time. Captain Barbossa: So glad to see you again my dear, and I'm sure your sister is happy as well. *glares at Caryn* Now... *stares icily* give me the items I seek and we'll finish our business here. Taryn Sullivan: You monster! Let my sister go! Caryn: *struggles* Captain Barbossa: *struggles* Caryn: *struggles* Caryn: *breaks Barbossa's hold on her* Caryn: *grabs the pieces from Taryn and plunges them into the heart of the pedestal* Taryn Sullivan: Caryn!!!! NOOOOOOOO, what have you done! Caryn: I'm sorry! It's the only way to finish this! Taryn Sullivan: Run Caryn!!!! Captain Barbossa: *screams wildly* Stop!! Captain Barbossa: *glares* NOOOOoooo you fool!!! Do you know what you have done?? Caryn: *watches as the artifact shakes* Taryn Sullivan: no Caryn! No!!! *tries to pull Caryn away* Captain Barbossa: Foolish child! You haven't seen the last of me!!!! As the last tremor emanated from the Artifact, the mine was covered with creatures so foul, the very air around them was poisonous. The creatures seemed impervious to attack, but as we have done before in the face of adversity, we came together and fought as bravely as possible. The Breaths of Aeolus were fierce, but under the concerted efforts of everyone we finally defeated them. After the battle we rushed back to Caryn and the artifact. Taryn Sullivan: *runs for the pedestal* NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO *cries in anguish* Caryn! No please, please, don't leave me now! Caryn: *lays a hand on Taryn's shoulder* Sister, don't weep for me, we both knew the Enchantment had to be destroyed. This was...this way the only way Taryn Sullivan: but the price is too high Caryn: If I had not done what I had Barbossa would have taken the Enchantment, and everyone would have suffered in the long run. Or you would have been forced to destroy it yourself, knowing that Barbossa would not let me live anyway Caryn: *smiles softly and wipes the tears from Taryn's face* I could not place that burden on your heart our mother told me what had to be done Taryn. I've seen them, our parents you should know how proud they are of you and how very proud I am to have a sister such as you. Even though you won't see us, know that we'll be watching over you always. We'll always be in your heart and when you feel the gentle spring breezes touch your cheek know that we are with you *smiles* you will see us again, don't mourn sister rejoice in the time we had and know that I love you I'll be with you always...remember me and smile. Taryn Sullivan: *smiles through her tears* Caryn: I've left you something so you'll always remember me and how much I loved you go now; go back to our family's circle. I love you Taryn. Taryn Sullivan: I will always remember, and I'll try to be thankful for whatever short time we had. Caryn: *touches her sister for the last time and fades away* Donal: *gently touches Taryn's shoulder and says softly* go my dear... see what your sister left for you. Taryn Sullivan: *turns devastated eyes to Donal* Donal, I can't just leave her here… Donal: Be at mind's ease Taryn. I'll take care of her, I promise I'll be waiting for you at home *bends to gently lift Caryn's body* Taryn Sullivan: *looks at the gathered crowd beseechingly* Will you come with me? Taryn Sullivan: the ancient circle of my *weeps* family *runs her hand down the pedestal and removes a memory* yes, I'll remember *turns to everyone* I hope you'll touch the pedestal and remember as well... touch it twice and never forget my sister and what she sacrificed for all of us I'm going now to mourn, thank you for your efforts on our behalf but I've lost something precious to me *wipes a tear and slowly walks for home* Farewell Caryn, you will be missed
