The Second Chance Provisioners is in the city of PaxLair. It is a large forge that actually gets used to buy and sell things. They are currently in a rebuilding phase, so the buy side is pretty skimpy, but I'm sure they would buy a bargain if they saw one.

They have also begun acting sort of as a bank for players. You can take things there and drop them off. This also includes gold, which you can later retrieve and use to purchase things there, or elsewhere.
