The Paws tower has been placed for quite some time, but it sat mostly empty and unused, so I chose not to review it. Tonight however, it is not only sponsored, but FILLED!. I counted 30 people when I first came, and many more coming and going constantly. There were even 2 councilors judging the costume contest.

Shea has certainly been busy in the last few weeks, and deserves a lot of credit. (I am sure he has had help too).
