Seems there is a minor detail which not many people know about the Counselor queue / help system. When you call a counselor, your call gets logged in a line (queue) for us to handle. But, to aid us in not getting teleported to people who have already logged off, everytime you disconnect from Ultima Online for any reason (be it ISP disconnect, client crash, afk, ect.) the call gets deleted. Therefore, if you need a counselor, and you get kicked off, call the counselor again. If you don't call again after you get kicked off, there will be no call waiting for us to help you. Hope that helps someone understand why it takes awhile to help sometimes!
