This has probably been mentioned before, but when calling a GM/Counselor, please try to describe your problem as good as possible, and also use the option closest to your situation.When you are stuck, use the stuck option, as they are easy to spot in the queue, and are prioritated by GM's when they are on.

I've had calls (using the Counselor advice option) with "I need help, please come fast!!!!".. It's then impossible for us to know if this player is stuck, in trouble or if he want a question answered as soon as possible. Now, Counselors try to help stuck players as soon as possible when GM's are not online, but if we don't *know* you are stuck, we will probably wait until your call is next.
