I remember a call I had in the early days of my Counseling career. I responded to a call in the queue that said "What is the A-Team without a black van?". Upon responding to the call I found myself surrounded by about five Mr.T looking characters. They were all in the same guild "The A Team", Repeating the phrase "I pitty the fo". They continued to demand the black van... After a while of pleading to the A-team, they purchased a boat. Now they have the A-team boat, instead of black van. However they are quite please with their investment, and they say it serves them well :)
