Owned and decorated by Conrad and Beryl

"Casa De Fruita Lounge and Library is located on Trammel/Pacific at the VERY southern tip of the mainland(can't place a house further south on the mainland). It is owned by Conrad and decorated by Beryl(my fisher/decorator). It has a public rune library on the porch(expanding constantly......the library not the PORCH!..heh) and will soon have vendors on the porch as well(soon as I GM my fishing and acquire a stock of items).
