|Sandlewood Box Holds Giveaway!
|The Virtue of Sacrifice has not been forgotten even with the recent desecration of our beloved shrine. Many citizens of Britannia have come together, including members of the Disciples of the Codex guild, to set forth a shining example of the true meaning of Sacrifice. An armor andweapons giveaway is being held at The Sandlewood Box to help better equip all newer adventurers who wish to help rid Britannia of the evils that plague our land. If you struggle to acquire funds needed to purchase a katana, mace, shield, or tunic, this is an opportunity you should not miss! Many many items will be given away this Sunday night to those in dire need of such help. In addition to the items being provided, 5 lucky adventurers will receive 2,000 gold pieces in the form of a bank-check. So if ye have stumbled upon hard times and seek help, fear not. There are still noble citizens in this fine realm who are willing to Sacrifice what they have for their fellow Britannians.
Food, beverages, news, and gossip will also be provided compliments of the tavern and barkeep.
Where: The Sandlewood Box
Time: 8:00pm - 9:00pm Central Time
How to get there:
1. Gates will be opened from 8:00pm - 9:00pm at West Britain Bank (west side of the bank against the water) and also at Vesper Bank.
2. Runes at Museum of Memories (Establishments runebook) or Cove Merchant Guild Blacksmith Shop (rune is locked down on top a runebook)
3. Walking feet - Those light on foot should venture forth to 124o 0'S by 6o 15'E. Located Southeast of Destard and West of Trinsic.
The organizers of this charity event will gladly accept donations as well. Contact the shop proprietor for my information.
Safe travels... and walk in virtue,
Ryak (Proprietor of The Sandlewood Box - ICQ# 52741036 - a href="mailto:[email protected]")

|Ceridwen poisoned & Red-Robe Mage
|We have recieved the following:
The evening started normaly in the Britian Library while waiting for the meeting to start. Ceridwen arrived and soon after many more people started trickling in. We talked of the current events and we were soon interupted by Grythak. He poisoned Ceridwen and left a note that said for Ceridwen to stay out of everyone's bussiness. We learned that a 'Red-Robed Mage' knows how to summon Blood Elements. Myself and several others journeyed to the Britian Mage Shop to talk with a vendor name Macros. He told us that the Red-Robe Mage has been to the shop a few times and also told us wich direction to go. Drizzit stayed and questioned Macros further while myself and 2 others ventured south to the Healers. At the Healers we found no one that could awnser our quesitons, but on the way out there was begger that was asking for money. After the three of us payed him some gold and started off towards the Sweet Dreams Inn i asked the beggar, whos name is Malgon, if he has seen the Red-Robe Mage. The beggar suddenly got very nervous and started telling us that if he told anything, the Red-Robe Mage would return and kill him. After some time we agreed to pay him an emerald for some information. He told us that the Mage purchased very rare reagents from him. From what we could piece together, the reagent looked like nightshade but it was pure black. He also talked about 'Swamp Tentacle Root '. We do not know for sure if the name of this nightshade like reagent is called Swamp Tentacle Root or if that is a completley different reagent. He next told us that his boss was named Dervin. His boss handles all of the contracts to deliver the regs for clients. We also learned that this beggar and Dervin meet every two weeks on wednesday night, at no definite time. They meet in the abandoned warehouse north of the Britian Docks.
