This map is regularly updated by the UOSS team to provide
some help to those of you desperate to find the most notable
and interesting places on your shard. This file features the
locations of all the listed shard establishments as well as
other points of interest that do not match our usual requirements
to achieve "establishment" status.
It consists in an additional map file for Belxan's "Ultima
Online Auto-Map" (UOAM). UOAM is one of the few third-party
utilities allowed by Origin Systems, inc. through the UO
Pro program to be used with Ultima Online.
To be able to use this map, you will need :
- Belxan's Ultima
Online Auto-Map.
- An archiving utility, such as
Power Archiver 2000 (freeware) or the famed Winzip
(free time-limited demo).
Once both of them are installed, download the Stratics-Drachenfels.zip
file, extract Stratics-Drachenfels.map from it with your archiver
utility, and place it into your UOAM folder, along with the
usual UOAM map files.
The last step is to start running UOAM, then select Places
> Filter > Files, and toggle the Stratics-Drachenfels
map file on.

Diese Karte wird vom UOSS Team aktuell gehalten. Sie soll
Hilfe und Informationen über die interessantesten Plätze
auf eurem Shard liefern. Beinhaltet sind die Orte, die in
unserem "Establishment Interview" (interessante
Institutionen) besprochen werden, aber auch andere Orte/Bibliotheken/Häuser,
die bisher keinen solchen Status erlangt haben.
Der Download beinhaltet eine Datei für Belxan's "Ultima
Online Auto-Map" (UOAM). UOAM ist eines der wenigen Zusatz-Tools,
welche von Origin Systems, Inc. durch das UO
Pro Program zum Verwenden mit Ultima Online erlaubt wurden.
Um diese Karte zu verwenden braucht Ihr:
- Belxan's Ultima
Online Auto-Map.
- Ein Dekomprimierungs-Tool, ähnlich wie
Power Archiver 2000 (Freeware) oder das bekannte Winzip
(zeitlich limitierte Demo).
Wenn beides installiert ist, die Stratics-Drachenfels.zip
Datei herunterladen, in den UOAM Ordner speichern, dort wo die
üblichen *.map Dateien abgespeichert sind.
Der letzte Schritt beinhaltet dann noch die UOAM einzuschalten,
und unter Places > Filter > Files die Stratics-Drachenfels
Karte auszuwählen. Nun solltet ihr die neuen Orte auf
eurer Karte erkennen können.
