How long have you been playing UO?
A little over 7 yrs

How long after you started playing did you acquire your first house and when did the "decorating bug" first hit you?
About a year after I started playing.. When I got my first house, I started messing around with items to see what I could come up with.

How many houses/plots have you decorated since playing and which is your favorite?
I lost count at about 100, I would guess around 200+. I have a few favorites... Most of which include just a single room out of the houses I have decorated. A friend of mine, I built and decorated his house. I created an evil room on his 2nd floor, and it turned out very nicely.



In your current home on the first floor you have many tables with four chairs at each table. What is your reason for this and how do you think of this room?
Though the tables are now gone, they were there for mingling purposes. The first floor, this room is my crafting room. I have a big passion for crafting in UO. All resources are neatly organized on the first floor according to each crafting skill.



In another room you have a globe collection nicely displayed and stacked. What do you like about globes and are you collecting the new ones we got as holiday gifts this year?
Not sure why globes caught my eye... I like their uniqueness, as it symbolizes towns and places of UO, and I have been to every one of them. Yes, I am collecting the new snowglobes, and actually I have already completed the new set. I have 3 snowglobes that I am missing out of the entire Snowglobe Set on UO.



On the subject of holidays I noticed you had a little red and green holiday display during Christmas. Do you change areas for each season/holiday?
Infact I do change my house to match the current season. I honestly don't know which I do more of, my house in real life, or my house in UO.

You also have a pool table in your house. Did you create this and do you play pool in real life?
Yes I did create this, about 5 years ago, maybe a little longer. The first version I created of it was slightly different, but I improved it shortly after. As far as real life, I enjoying playing pool. Usually play about once a week if able to.

Let's talk about plants. I know you have a fondness for plants in the realm. In passing you mentioned to me you would love to have a greenhouse in the game. Give us your thoughts/ideas on this.
I think I have such a fondness for them in game, because I can't seem to grow them in real life. I could grow them forever in game, heh. As far as the Greenhouse, that has been a desire for about 5 months now. Due to the fact I have ran out of room in my current house to grow them. I would like to have a house called "Greenhouse" decdicated to growing only plants.

Katrina as a member of the G-V Guild. How long have you been a member and why this guild?
I am afraid to say I am no longer a member of G-V. I was a member for about 2 weeks. Though I was not used to their rules and restrictions, I do admire their efforts to continue the great job they have done with their guild. I am currently in KTF and I hope to stay in here till my UO days are over, whenever that may be. KTF is like a great big family, and I wouldn't leave it for anything.

What do you value in your friends?
Honesty, Loyalty, Ambition, Kindness, Inner Strength, Humor, and so much more.

Who are your heroes in real life?
First and foremost, my grandparents. They raised me and took me in when I was just a baby when they didnt have to. They raised me to be the person I am today, a person I can be proud of.
Secondly, my husband. Through hard times he was there, and though there have been rough patches, we made it through and are standing strong. He saw me through times no one else could or would.

What was the last movie you saw?
In theater, Harry Potter.. Movie rental, Mr and Mrs Smith.

If you were to die and come back as a person or thing, what do think it would be?
I would say a dolphin. They are very unique creatures, and I love the way they live.

What is your motto?
Be happy of who you are, and when you leave this earth, leave it with a smile.
