A cartel is usually formed to regulate prices and output in some field of business, or an written agreement to a duel.
We are not sure what Mary Shelly means by this guild title/name but she/he is at it again.

I was standing infront of the High Drama Vendor House in Luna with a friend when you approached and asked if we wanted to join a Fel Guild. You were very friendly, polite and well spoken. Is this the way the Fellucan Cartell gets new members?
We do not do mass recruiting like some other guilds do but are always keeping our eyes open for new members?

How did you meet Mary Shelly and become a member of the Cartell yourself?
I met him through my first Fel guild I belonged to. I was home on spring break having my wisdon teeth pulled......ahhh....I remember it well.



What is it that you like about the Fel play style?
PvP and Spawns!



Do you think you are a good PvPer?
I am a decent PvP but nothing special. I have only been doing it two months and have a lot to learn.

Why the name Orlando?
I was watching the Pirates of the Caribbean when I created this character. I mainly play my character, Sirus.

Do you spend much time in Tram?
I rarely come to Tram. Mary Shelly is an awesome person and I thank him/her for opening my eyes to Fel. It has made UO more fun for me.

Do you own a house? If so where and what size?
I own a medium size plot in Fel. No need for a large plot as I am not into decore. Just need a place to hold my stuff and to PvP.

Yeah I noticed him there. His name is Gohan. I met him a while ago at the Luna Bank but don't really know him or why he is there.
