Established in 1998, in a Large Smithy, the Avalon Rune Library is the oldest standing Public Rune Library on all the shards. It is located in the heart of the borderland outpost of Avalon, a once bustling community in the Northern Wilds of Felucca. It stands directly south of the Ring of Champions, Avalon's Fighting Pens, and it is always worth a visit when you are in the area. It houses, as it always has, an extensive collection of Feluccan runes, including Treasure Map locations, Quest runes, and anywhere in greater Britannia you want to go.
