| This fourth level of the Wisp Dungeon is probably one of the most well hidden secrets in Ilshenar. The only way to reach it is by traversing the maze on Level 3 and then find a teleporter behind a secret door. The fact that not many people know about it might be a good thing though, because its inhabitants are quite dangerous in such a small space. I: Teleporter back to Level 3.
