The Cove Orc Fort has always been a threat to the small village of Cove, especially during the Orc/Savage war where the Orcs were constantly attacking the village. The Orcs are usually staying to themsleves nowadays and don't attack unless you invade on their territory.
On some shards the outcome of the Savage war was different and the Savages now inhabit the fort instead of the Orcs.
