The Meer Mage

General Information

Origin Meer Lore: A feline-like race of humanoids inhabiting the world of Sosaria. It is unclear at this point where or when in Sosaria they exist. They are covered in spotted fur similar to a leopard's, with varying hues from light to dark. Their ears are also feline in appearance and one of their most expressive features. The Meer are a magical race, using the forces of nature as their source of energy.

Meer Mages can summon an insect swarm and have it attack you. To get rid of the insect swarm, hit yourself with a fireball magic spell or use a torch to fend them off.

The Meer Mage is most wanted for it's Daemon Bone Armor. This very rare armor can only be found on Meer mages (and Efreets), and only one or two Meer Mages in a hundred carry a piece of it. A full set gives a whopping 46 AR and 13 points penalty on dexterity.
