The Ethereal Llama is one of the 3rd year Veteran Rewards. It is not found in the wild.
When the Ethereal Llama is not mounted is will appear as a statue in the owners backpack, using this statue will summon the Ethereal and the owner will automatically mount it.
Great Choice Submitted by Anonymous on April 26th 2006. Choose this because it takes up less space, is fast, and it utterly and totally amazing :).
Best choice Submitted by Anonymous on December 28th 2005. If you are wondering which ethereal to choose for the third year reward, pick the lama. It fits better in the backpack, and when you are mounted on it it is less bulky and easier to loot without moving around and easier to get to boxes in your house. Some of the bigger ones like the beattle and horse tend to block things you want to click on. Some of the new ones liek the swamp dragon seem to take up the whole backpack. Go with the lama.
